My rescued boxer and pug are most definitely spoiled, and when placed in the care of others I expect nothing less than top-notch treatment. I was new to the Las Vegas area and needed a dog sitter, so a co-worker referred me to Kim & Scott at Pets R Family Too. It's a very fortunate thing! Kim & Scott clearly love animals, and my dogs have really taken to them. I need to be reassured that I am paying a dog sitter for services that extend well beyond "taking the dogs to the bathroom". Great dog sitters such as Kim & Scott will also provide companionship with longer walks and/or playtime and hugs. They are flexible, trustworthy, enthusiastic, knowledgeable about pet health, appreciative of your business, and considerate about any "rules" of the house (take off shoes, etc.) What I also appreciate is that if you call them you almost never get the answering machine, which is really convenient for pet owners who need "last minute" sitters.
For their ability to deliver excellent customer service, I'd rate them a 10. If you meet them, you will get the immediate sense that your pets will be in good hands.
